Big Girl
Are you worried that being a big girl will keep you from every finding a great guy? Do you often find yourself feeling life a friend, but not knowing hot to move beyond that stage? Do you wonder if guys like bigger girls? The truth of the matter is that you aren't alone. There are a lot of girls out there who have struggled with this issue for years. Some give up and decide that love just isn't in their future. This doesn't have to be you. You can be a big girl who gets a great guy!
Build your self-esteem.
Often times being a bigger girl comes with a lot of issues. Society has a way of making you feel just a little less valuable if you are bigger. However, you are very valuable indeed and if you stop to take the time you will discover that there are a lot of great things about yourself. Often the big girls who get great guys are those that are confident and comfortable with themselves. Work on building your self-esteem.
Take the time to recognize all of the great things there are about yourself. Consider your physical attributes, your personality, the things that you are good at, and the things that other people recognize as good things.
Write them down. When it comes to life it is easy to forget the good things. So, write down everything that is good.
Work on positive thinking. This is easier said then done, but every time negative thoughts come into your head you should banish them. Work on thinking positive, it will make you feel loads better about yourself.
Be yourself, even around guys.
It is easy to feel embarrassed or self-conscious when around men. This makes it harder to be yourself. However, if you are willing to be yourself around guys then you will find that they like you more. Try to relax and enjoy spending time with both men and women. Plus you don't have to be afraid to show them that you are a woman. Often times it is easy for bigger girls to fall into the "friend" category or the "just one of the guys" category. But don't be afraid to be a woman and show all of yourself.
Finally, keep it up.
Sometimes love can be downright depressing. It doesn't matter if your a thin woman or a bigger one it can be hard to feel like you just aren't getting anywhere. However, if you quite or give up you definitely won't get anywhere.
There are a lot of shallow men out there who don't care about inner beauty. However, there are also men who are more interested in personality and even some who like bigger women. Make sure that you work on feeling comfortable with who you are and the rest will come to pass. Don't forget that big girls can get great guys!
