How do we get young black boys on a positive track?

I want to hear every body's solutions. Everyone else and I know the problem but I want a solutions to the problem. Screw being politically correct just be honest. Don't refer to slavery nor refer to other races of men. You know with the "other races do it to" bull crap. This is specifically black boys.

Ever noticed how the T.I's,the game's,lil wayne's, the pretty rickys get all the attention from the black girls but never really the lupe fiasco's,common's,or the book smart black guys. Sure it's entertainment but it's really the same thing outside of entertainment. The funny thing about it is that the ones that they give attention to say the most vulgar things about women in there songs. And the common's and lupe's fiascos are actually the ones being respectful towards the women but not as popular. LOL isn't that a big flip flop! Those are the same ones complaning about rap being disrespectful towards women, lol. Moving on..............

Boys at young age are thinking about how to get the "puswa" lol. Imagine if young black girls ignored the thug types and paid attention to the so called "corney brother" i bet you a million bucks that so many young black boys will be trying to hit the books. If black girls only paid attention or "gave it up" (since not all girls stay virgin till marriage) to those type of black guys, and keep there legs closed to the thug ignorant types. I think everything in black community would do a 380 turn in a good way.

Seriously, I mean you think, the 22 inch rims,the jordans,over sized clothes,,jewlery,tims,being disrespecftul,wanna be lil wayne, wanna be thug and gangster comes out of nowhere?

Nope it's about impressing the ladies and doing what they find attractive. Whether you want to believe it or not a large majority of black girls find that behavior cute and find the book smart brother "corney" and "boring".

For an example, black boy in the hood like 12 years of age (full of hormones) or anywhere else for that matter sees another guy getting all the girls by behaving and dressing like a thug what does that say to him? He's going to want to behave that way as well since the girls find it cute. This is a big cycle that goes on!. I know many suburban black girls who find that cute as well,and suburban black guys who try to act like a "thug". You know you've seen em!

In certain aspects we are no different than other animals. Why do you think the freaking male pea cock does a dance infront of a female pea cock by wiggling his feather and crap, to show off infront of her!

Being smart has to become attractive to young black girls, if not then to many black guys (this is going on now) will fall off the bus and there won't be an abudunt number of *good black men* to pick from when these girls get older. As you can see black women going on Tyra banks and other talk shows ranting about how it's hard to find a good "black man".

Many girls wait till they have 5 kids by these bumm niggaz then they want the corney brother. (the good black men) .
