Color Size

How do you change color/size of border around the entire page in InDesign?
How do you change the color and the size of the white border that surrounds the entire page and layout in InDesign? I'm not talking about putting a border around a graphic within a page, but rather the entire page itself.
Thanks!
I think you may be talking about the MARGIN. You can change the margin size by going to the Layout menu. Choose "Margins and Columns" and a small window will open. There you can change the measurements of the margins.
Let's say you open that window and the margin size is one inch (1.0 in) on all four sides. Change all the sides to half an inch (0.5 in). Click OK and your margin (border) should now be only half the size it was.
You also have the choice of changing only some sides by clicking on the little chain link symbol. That "breaks" the link between all the sides and allows you to customize your margins. For instance the top and bottom could be one inch and the sides could be a half inch.
As for the color, you cannot actually change the color of the background, which includes the margin. So if you want to change the color, you'll have to be a little tricky:
Create a text box or picture box and place it over the entire page. Make that whatever color you choose. Then draw a new white text box over the colored box and match it's size to the inner size of your margins. Then the outer margin will look like it has been changed to a color.
