diesel ryder

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to reset the computer in an 07' cummins diesel engine in ryder truck?

The panel is flashing code ecu128

the problem with the new trucks is that you need to bring them to a certified dealer or mechanic. the engine is set up to not allow it to run if there is a problem. the service garages have a device which costs around 4000, which will reset the computer. most new trucks are equiped with this system so people dont keep running them when they need an oil change or ignore minor problems. it forces the person to get the truck fixed. I work for FleetPride, i happen to know, i held a clinic at my store a few months ago about the device they sell to reset th computer in the newer trucks. but this is only on some newer trucks, otherwise, yea, disconnecting the battery will do it.
