Where can I find a dress fromal for a show?

Im in 7th grade. His American National Election of Miss Teen jr. I am a size 34 A in the bust. prefably a shade of blue but any color is fine.

At your age, dress the best for you would be a lighter shade of blue with a skirt little puffy, or at least nothing super straight ... nothing too suggestive, like most judges frown on that.
