Gymboree Boy

Are there any play groups or baby friendly associations or activities that I can join with a boy of 6 months baby?

I Recently moved to Dallas, Texas with my husband and I do not know anyone here yet with young children. I need to find some form group game or activity for moms with babies that my baby can socialize with other babies around his age, and so I can meet with young moms too. I've heard about the center and the club gymboree mom, but is there any other suggestions I can consider, so we can begin to socialize?

* Apart from Gymboree, try to swim classes at your local gym or YMCA, YMCA * and some gyms have also baby / toddler classes you can go. * Also, local libraries and bookstores often have baby / toddler story time. * Kindermusik http://www.kindermusik.com/ has music classes fun for babies age of your son. * Since you are in Dallas and he is hot, there is no doubt try to go your local park, chances are you will find moms and babies. * Do not know about in Dallas, but with me, we have one of the cafes that couple mothers / Hour baby.
