Which running spikes should I get?

I was thinking of getting the Nike Zoom Jana Star III or the Saucony Shay XC 2 Spike. I will use them for track AND cross country running. I'm a young girl. My feet are pretty narrow, and I need something with good cushion and support. and it NEEDS to be good for cross country and track. Thanks!

Also, I cant go to a specialized running store so please dont tell me to go to one. my town is small, and the nearest big city is 120 miles away and Im not going there for a while.

i have the saucony kilkenny xc 3 spikes and they r awesome!!!!!!! but they r only for xcountry....idk any that r for both xcountry and track
