The energy you spend returns forever.

I know this for sure.

This is true for everything, including your body. You need to be fed, work that requires support. If you do not have the energy to neglect will eventually turn on you. This is not personal, just physics.

I chose not to get up and get better. Instead, I stayed in bed an extra to my knees ... anything!

After three days of not exercising, my determination to stay in shape dissipates. It is easier to lie myself: I'm too tired, too busy, it is not enough time are part of the downward spiral. Unfortunately for me, will develop is directly linked to eating healthily.

Ten days of high-glycemic foods plus the lack of training equals ten overweight for me. Even worse than the weight gain was how I felt. Exhausted. Lethargic. I felt pain and tension I did not know existed. I knew for sure that is what aging feels. Aha! I got it. Work slows the aging process and makes you more vital. Aha! Aha! Aha!

When you nourish and support your body, reciprocating. The basis of this support is the year, like it or not. The most important advantage is more energy. The bonus is weight control. Take care of your body, whatever your age, is an investment. The return is priceless.

Here are some easy ways to change a few things to get more exercise.

1. Climb the stairs

3. Use your lunch break - in an hour, you have the time to go swimming, work a walk in the park.

4. Sit back and watch - See how many sit-ups, you can manage the commercial breaks on tv

5. Laugh laughter is good for your lungs. Do not laugh quietly. Let yourself go and really work the lungs. Laughter has many benefits and makes you happy, too.

6. Park farther from the place where you go.

8. Dig the garden Your grandparents probably kept good work in their garden. Growing your own food is excellent exercise and is fun to eat what you produce.

9. Scrub your bathtub (if you do not have a backache) using lots of oil elbow as you do your housework increases your pulse and gives your whole body a workout. Recognize the value of training cleaning and you begin to enjoy these chores.

10. Do you remember doing jumping jacks at school? They are surprisingly good for you. See how fast you can do 100. Tomorrow, putting them more quickly.
