July Sandals
I bought a pair of Reef sandals and the strap broke. I bought it at Nordstroms in July?
I no receipt or tag. receipts and paid in cash
You're out of luck. It has been 3 months and the seller assumes that you have been using so they will not refund or replace (and no receipt or tags makes really debatable). You can try to take the sandals a place to repair shoes - they might be able to solve or at least find a way to make the sandals still usable. If they are made by some unknown company, you can go online to find their website and send the company an email explaining the situation - the company could be willing to repair or replace (but perhaps not for free).
