Magic Moments

In my life as a biologist, I studied the behavior of hummingbirds. In fact, my master's thesis focused on hummingbirds, and I filmed and analyzed data on more than 13,000 meals! Best yet, my experimental design was so successful that he eventually attract more than 500 meals per hour during peak periods of the study.

I love hummingbirds - their magical movements, their speed and sense of humor! (You must be with them for a while to catch on to this one, I think.) In recent weeks there have been many visitors that hummingbirds are migratory to breed, and I had the chance to see them often in the balcony area where I meditate. I started to miss them, remembering how it fun and exciting it was to watch them closely. So I acted.

I put in two starts with my special recipe (the Secrecy is at the end of this article) and they started coming en masse, fight, play, what I consider the "song", and generally just fun as I watched. When I did my thesis research, they used to dive and play with my hair or even peck on my varnish red nail. Until now, many of them came to "visit" hovering about six inches from my face for me check out.

It was fun, he was charming, he was frankly entertaining. In fact, it was magical to watch all birds which have been brought to my home. (Do not even start me on the Orioles Hoodies!). It's me back to a time that was magical and fun.

I realized the importance of remembering that gave us joy in the past and find ways enjoy the simple pleasures in our lives. So often we may miss the opportunity to create good feelings for ourselves and others because we let carried away by the bustle of life and living.

So my question is this: Is there something you take pleasure that you have delayed?

Better yet, ask yourself: What is one thing I can do today to feel good and create joy in the world for myself or others?

It may be simple. It may at low prices. It did not take much time. But it can create magic moments and an incredible sense of joy in which you move through your life to attract even more.

We know that what we focus on expansion, and when we create animation, fun, laughter and fun we are sure to experience even more. Most of us got very good at doing the "duty" in life, but some of us have forgotten the importance of love "doing" as well.

Give yourself the gift, feelings of joy, laughter, play, excitement and ecstasy! As you do, you'll create an energy field that will naturally irresistible attract you incredibly wonderful moments that will delight you!

We are here to enjoy this wonderful playground of life in a way is full and filled with all the desires of our heart. Life is supposed to be magical, to excite and delight us! There is an infinite supply for all of us if only we open ourselves to receive.

Begin to take immediate steps to bring more love, joy, laughter, freedom, and just "feeling great" in your life. The fallout will be enormous as you experience more magic in your life, knowing that you can create it at any time.

And remember, you deserve it!
