Round Converse

How do I break in and wear down the sole part of my converse?

Like from the inside, they feel so stiff and the sole doesn't bend and it just feels like ive got huge weights on my feet, how di i make them all soft and flat like my feets have been in them for ages, shall i just wear then round the house?

if they rub as well, wear like 2 pairs of socks thts wat i did with mine (:
i wore mine loads so i wore the sole dwn propa bad after like a month lol
also, bend them and put them on the radiator they get bendier
