Runnning Shoes Size
What type of shoes runnning?
I do not run like everyone else. Apparently running supination is what I do and the role of my feet when I walk out. I need shoes because I plan to run a lot during the winter and im in cross country. My shoe size is 7 1 / 2 mens
Hmmm ... I do not know to run 'Supine' what is, but I can tell you one thing about the shoes. Or maybe two it. Get a pair for training (which should be more absorbent and / or soft), and get a pair for the race (which should be light and perhaps a bit more stringent). I recommend using a pair of training shoes from New Balance or Nike, but for shoes I have to go racing with the Puma or Adidas. To really nice, but nonexpensive pair of Adidas I recommend a pair of "Pro AdiZero 's. From the Puma, Puma may 5000m or Puma Cross Country Street. Keep walking!
