What kind of sneakers/shoes are best if I'm going to be standing/walking for a long time?

I have a lot of sneakers and shoes but they are made more for the style then for comfort. I want to buy a pair of really comfortable sneakers but I don't know what kind to get. I also want them to look cute. I hate ugly sneakers.
