Have a 2004 Tahoe LT, adding MTX 8100 bass amp and bass box. Keeping my Bose factory system.?

Told that I need a converter to connect to the Bose factory system to convert the signal into low frequency. About to buy one of the two items and wondering which items would work best for what I need. item 1-Stinger SALOC HIGH TO LOW LEVEL OUTPUT CONVERTER, item 2-Scosche SLC4 Four-channel line output converter. This MTX amp I have is in a class competition and bass speaker Rockford P1s. must ensure the converter will not be sent and a high frequency signal to the amp and speakers, thanks
